The innovative project of Mad Engineering, led by Riccardo Gennari and in collaboration with Project Service, is related to an embedded system for dynamic controls, dedicated to the civil engineering sector.
The customer needs to modernize the line of machines for dynamic stress tests on build- ing materials, according to the strict interna- tional norms. The innovation target is realized through the offer of superior acquisition and processing performances, with a focus on user experience, that is improving the relationship and the learning curve between operator and machine. In the SMART and connected era, to- day more than ever, the firmware contribution gives even more value to the hardware, making it flexible and scalable.
Riccardo Gennari says that: “the study and analysis of the physical phenomenon must be a fundamental preliminary action because it allows us to acquire the application domain.”
